Tutoha is an education directory platform that connects users with tuition centres, tutors, and education providers in Qatar.

We are not responsible for any interactions or transactions between users and education providers listed on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutoha and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
